Appointment cancellations and refunds


  • Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Please contact me anytime, even on public holidays.
  • For short-notice cancellations, I must charge 100% of the treatment price. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Fees for treatments (including subscriptions) are non-refundable.
  • A refund is possible if you return the products within 48 hours with the packaging unopened.
